Bolt Action | French Char B1 Bis | 28mm Plastic Vehicle

Upgrading the Char B1, the Char B1 bis had thicker armour and an APX4 turret with a longer-barrelled 47mm SA 35 gun, increasing its anti-tank capacity alongside the 75mm hull-mounted howitzer. Designed as a breakthrough tank influenced by French experiences during The Great War, the Char B1 bis was one of the most powerful tanks of its time, proving very effective against German Panzers during the Battle of France in 1940.

With the fall of France, 161 Char B1 bis tanks were captured and repurposed by the German military, some converted into flame-throwing tanks under the nomenclature Panzerkampfwagen B-2 740 (f).
